Prayer Service

“Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” (Ephesians 6:16-18)

We believe in the God who looks upon us with infinite mercy and whose ears are open to the cries of His children. He not only hears our prayers, but also is able, more than able, to deliver us from the depth of our troubles and transform our hearts to be more like that of Christ.

Prayer is the soul of ministry. Without prayer, our ministry degenerates into mere human activities, no matter how successful we are. As a church, we need to come humbly before God and seek His face so that His will may be done in our ministry. Prayer is the most important ministry activity at First Baptist Church.

Come pray in the presence of our God together with the First Baptist family Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. We invite you to a time of teaching from the Scripture, praying together in groups for personal, communal and global needs. This is also a precious opportunity to share our lives with the brothers and sisters who are without home and pray for their needs and longings.

Prayer Requests

if you have any prayer request, do not hesitate to send us your request through the Prayer Request Form. Please be assured that our brothers and sisters will pray for you.
